Art, music and fashion were in perfect harmony at the celebration of VOGUE ADRIA’s second anniversary.
Some of the most famous faces of the regional creative industry gathered at the gala dinner held in the Port of Belgrade. The evening, inspired by Dante’s “Divine Comedy”, was divided into three parts: Paradise, Purgatory and Hell. Our quartet’s task was to fill the spaces between these conceptual units with music, and subtly create transitions from one part of the program to another.
That’s why for this occasion, the selection of the program was a special challenge for us – we had to find compositions that are associated with the given topics, but again, to keep things interesting by not making the most obvious choices. In coordination with the great VOGUE team, the preparation process for this performance took weeks in advance.
For the audience bathed in the light of as many as 3,000 candles, among which were many celebrities such as Lepa Brena, Ana Đurić Konstrakta, Slaven Došl and Milan Marić, at the end we performed a playlist that included classics such as Bach’s “Air on the G string” but also some slightly more unexpected choices…
A masterfully directed and glamorous event, the two-year anniversary of VOGUE ADRIA was definitely one of the highlights of our spring season.
